Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several conditions of the goods are exempt from being returned. If the item had arrived to you defective (torn or unusable), then a refund will be issued with a photo of the glove.
If a glove has been deemed unusable through gameplay within the first year, then a replacement will be sent once if we are notified of the issue.
To complete your return, we also require your order number, receipt or proof of purchase that may be made available through emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective within the first month of your purchase date. If you need to exchange it a different size, send us an email at email@example.com.
